Excessive Sweating can Burn Excessive Fat
When you perform exercises, your body’s temperature increases that often results in excessive sweating due to evaporation of water within our body to regulate body temperature. In your hard gym routines, you can be sodden with sweat even when you are not exercising or lifting weights due to high temperature. Sweating does not burn fat and is not related to fat burning, as it is a physiological reaction to heat that regulates a normal body temperature.
