HIGH Protein Pumpkin Ice Cream

  • 1 cup ice cubes (10-12)
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt plain
  • ½ cup pure pumpkin
  • 1 scoop Pumpkin Pie MTS Whey
  • 2 tbs sweetener ( I used Splenda)
  • Cinnamon
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 tsp xantham gum or guar gum for thickening agent (* IF you do not have this you can omit and instead freeze the ice cream stirring every half hour until desired consistency is reached)
